About the brand
UP-UP is made by Made Uncommon (Edinburgh/South Queensferry, Scotland), using single-estate cocoa from the El Rosario farm in the Necoclí region of Colombia — the world's first cocoa certified 100% child-labour free by slavefreetrade.org, with a fully traceable, short supply chain from farm to finished bar.

Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more. Orders under £50 are £3.95. Delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free collection in store Monday–Saturday, 10am–4pm. International delivery is £15 to EU countries and £20 elsewhere, usually within 10 days.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with tags and in original packaging. To start a return, contact shop@hambledongallery.co.uk. Please note returns are at the customer's cost. Sale items, earrings, and personalised products cannot be returned.
